The cocoa beans from Đồng Nai, Vietnam, naturally reveal a delicate umami character — earthy, rounded, and deep. In this chocolate, they blend with the warm spice of sage and the savoury fermentation of Ama Mugi Miso from Mimi Ferments, creating a completely new flavour experience.
