Black sesame
Years ago, DJ Dixon told our founder Reimar about an ice cream he had in New York. First: Black sesame, seriously? Then: Try, try, try. Today: Seriously!

Mango with passion fruit
The beginning of summer. Tropically sweet mango and refreshingly tart passion fruit from organic farming. With a bright color that rivals the sun.

Butter caramel with rock salt
Everything flows here. We gently swirl our homemade Breton butter caramel with Chemnitz rock salt into the ice cream.

lemon
This sorbet is proof of a good year. Only in perfect weather do our organic "Primo Fiore" lemons in Sicily ripen to the point where they develop their incomparable balance of sweetness and acidity.

Moscow Mule
Fresh cucumbers from Brandenburg. The tart juice of sun-ripened limes. The natural spiciness of ginger. All organically grown. All alcohol-free. Until you add vodka.

Chocolate
The chocolate for our ice cream is made in our factory in Berlin. We use cocoa beans from the Kokoa Kamili farm in Tanzania.

Mango Lassi
Our mango comes from an organic Indian farm and is called Alfonso. The yogurt comes from the Lobetaler organic dairy from our sponsored cow Rosa. This ice cream is their creamy-sweet joint venture.

Applesauce with cinnamon
Ice cream like a visit to your grandparents. Juicy-sweet applesauce and the natural spiciness of cinnamon evoke memories of childhood, rice pudding, weekends in the garden, and good times.

strawberry
This sorbet is uncompromising. It's made with only field-fresh Camarosa strawberries from biodynamic Demeter cultivation. The result is an intense flavor in a rich red color, without any frills.

Mozartkugel
Pistachio coated in marzipan and nougat. That's all it takes for this homage to the Salzburg original.

Yogurt with blueberries
A whirl of flavors of the highest quality. Homemade, mildly sour variegato made from Demeter wild blueberries meets ice cream with creamy Schrozberg yogurt. There's no question: Summer must come.

Cinnamon
The sweet spiciness of cinnamon is underestimated. For many, it's just a Christmas spice gathering dust on the shelf. Here, it comes from Sri Lanka and provides stimulating moments all year round.

Orange with sage
Sun-ripened Tarocco oranges from the Sicilian farmers' cooperative "Albero del Paradiso" combine with the velvety flavor of finely chopped sage leaves. Refreshing just by looking at them.

Tonka with sesame brittle
This explosion of flavor requires two special ingredients. First, hand-grated Madagascan tonka beans. Second, black and white sesame brittle. And then, it hits your tongue: bang!

currant
The black currant is the rock star among berries. Less sweet than all the others, but tart and refreshingly sour. This sorbet puts this field-fresh, characterful berry in the spotlight.

pistachio
No gelateria is complete without pistachios. As always, our motto applies to this must-have: the raw material is crucial. That's why we use only select pistachios from Sicily. No flavorings. No colorings. That's it.

Rhubarb butter crumble with tonka bean
This is the model for our grandmother's famous sheet cake. Cream ice cream scented with tonka beans, layered with rhubarb compote and buttery crumbles. It doesn't get any better than this.

Caramelized walnut
Who says no to caramel? Our walnuts certainly don't. They love to wait for your consumption, wrapped in a crunchy sugar coating and hidden in ice cream. They're already impatient.

Sicilian blood orange
The blood orange is the heroine of our summer sorbet. It ripens in sustainable agriculture in the shadow of Mount Etna. For perfection, top a scoop in a glass with Crémant or Prosecco to stay in Italy.

Matcha
Matcha is finely ground Japanese green tea. The tea's tannins are rich in antioxidants and neutralize free radicals. They provide a surprisingly tangy flavor in our ice cream.

Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar
An ice cream for all fundamentalists. And while others use artificial flavors, ours contains only the rich taste of whole Bourbon vanilla pods from Madagascar.

Darjeeling with Bergamot
The tea blend, actually known as Earl Grey, also makes an excellent ice cream.
