In a cozy, small group setting, you'll learn everything about cocoa cultivation, harvesting, fermentation, and processing in our workshop. Of course, you'll also get to experience molding your own chocolate bar.

In our Berlin factory, under the guidance of our experienced chocolate makers, you will learn what it takes to make good chocolate. From cultivation, harvesting and fermentation to the processing of the roasted cocoa beans, we will introduce you to this exciting world of specialty chocolate.

The workshop takes place every Saturday at 1pm (English) and 4pm (German). Simply select an available date using our calendar function.

Dates & Booking
The workshop takes place every Saturday twice: at 1 pm in English and at 4 pm in German. Choose an available Saturday in the calendar above, select your preferred language, and complete your booking. You will receive a confirmation by email and simply come to Lottumstrasse on your chosen date. Your place is firmly reserved with the booking; no additional registration is required.

What to Expect in the Chocolate Workshop
You’ll start with a tasting of raw cocoa beans from different growing regions and experience first-hand how origin and fermentation shape the flavour. Afterwards, you’ll work with our machines — the same ones we use to produce our bean-to-bar chocolate bars: the roaster, winnower, and melanger. At the end of the workshop, you’ll mould your own chocolate bar and take it home with you, beautifully packaged.

Everything takes place in a small group, so everyone gets hands-on experience and there is plenty of time for questions. Our chocolate makers will guide you step by step — not a scripted lesson, but real practical knowledge from our daily production.

Our Manufactory as the Workshop Location
The workshop takes place in our glass-fronted bean-to-bar chocolate manufactory on Lottumstrasse in Berlin-Mitte. This is also where our team develops and produces new chocolate varieties every day. The Workshop as a Gift
If you would like to give the workshop as a gift, it is available as a gift voucher with a free choice of date and language for the recipient. Delivered directly by email, with the option to add a personal message and choose the delivery date.

For team-building events, company celebrations, or private groups, we offer exclusive workshops during the week. We tailor the content, language, and group size to your needs.
