You can’t get more authentic chocolate than this. Our cocoa beans are harvested under fair conditions. Covered with palm leaves, they ferment for several days in wooden boxes. Afterward, they dry under the hot sun before making their way to us in Berlin. Their flavor: Intense. Subtly tart. With an earthy, nutty note.

The uniqueness of our cocoa
Our chocolates are always made from single-origin cocoa – each variety is crafted from beans with a clearly defined origin, shaped by its own unique character, climate, and cultivation methods. This allows the origin to become part of the tasting experience, with every bar telling the story of a region and the people who grow its cocoa.
Some of our products, such as our cocoa shell tea, are created from by-products of the chocolate-making process. This creates a sustainable cycle that makes use of everything cocoa has to offer – leaving nothing to waste.
Whether Single Origin or Diverse Origins, our focus always remains on the quality of the beans, direct partnerships with smallholder farmers, and careful craftsmanship in our Berlin chocolate manufactory.
