Anyone who finds drinking chocolate too heavy will love this cocoa shell tea. The shells not only contain the fruity, bitter cocoa flavor of our cocoa beans from Belize, but also theobromine - a natural stimulant that makes this tea particularly stimulating and lively.
Simply pour over 80° hot water and let it steep for five minutes.

Belize, das ist Mittelamerikas zweitkleinstes Land. Wir beziehen unsere Kakaobohnen von der eigenen Plantage unseres Vorgängers Belyzium, wo sie unter fairen Bedingungen angebaut werden. Unter dem Schutz schattiger Regenwälder leuchten die Schoten in Gelb, Grün, Violett und kräftigem Orangerot. Der Dschungel bildet einharmonisches Ökosystem, bei dem biologisch und ohne Pestizide angebaut werden kann. Nach der Ernte kommen die Bohnen zum Fermentieren in hölzerne Kisten. Danach werden sie von Hand sortiert und trocknen unter der heißen Sonne, bevor sie sich auf den Weg zu uns nach Berlin machen können.
