Sales talent in our shop at Lottumstraße 15, Berlin

Hours: 96 hours per month
Availability: 7 days a week
Languages: German and English required

Responsibilities
– Customer advice and active sales of our products
– Imparting knowledge about our products, the bean-to-bar philosophy, and chocolate production
– Order management including packaging and shipping of orders
– Packaging and labeling of our products
– Receiving, checking, and stocking goods
– Ensuring good stock levels
– Maintaining order and cleanliness through regular cleaning in the sales and storage areas
– Processing returns and complaints
