Our drinking chocolate made from 83% Belize cocoa beans is a "naturally born dopamine booster." Stirred into hot milk or water, the comforting cocoa scent gently spreads throughout the room. Then, after a sip from the steaming cup, everything somehow always feels good. If you like, you can sprinkle the drinking chocolate with chili flakes, cinnamon, and cardamom.

Belize, das ist Mittelamerikas zweitkleinstes Land. Wir beziehen unsere Kakaobohnen von der eigenen Plantage unseres Vorgängers Belyzium, wo sie unter fairen Bedingungen angebaut werden. Unter dem Schutz schattiger Regenwälder leuchten die Schoten in Gelb, Grün, Violett und kräftigem Orangerot. Der Dschungel bildet ein harmonisches Ökosystem, bei dem biologisch und ohne Pestizide angebaut werden kann. Nach der Ernte kommen die Bohnen zum Fermentieren in hölzerne Kisten. Danach werden sie von Hand sortiert und trocknen unter der heißen Sonne, bevor sie sich auf den Weg zu uns nach Berlin machen können.
