Bean-to-bar means: from bean to bar. And that's exactly what we do in our factory in Berlin-Mitte: From pure cocoa beans and in several steps – from roasting to grinding to packaging. In a cozy, small group setting, you'll learn everything about cocoa cultivation, harvesting, fermentation, and processing in our workshop. Of course, you'll also get to experience molding your own chocolate bar.

In our Berlin factory, under the guidance of our experienced chocolate makers, you will learn what it takes to make good chocolate. From cultivation, harvesting and fermentation to the processing of the roasted cocoa beans, we will introduce you to this exciting world of specialty chocolate.
The workshop takes place every Saturday at 1pm (English) and 4pm (German). Simply select an available date using our calendar function.
