 Bean-To-Bar, das bedeutet: Von der Bohne bis zur Tafel. Und genau das machen wir in unserer Manufaktur in Berlin-Mitte: Aus bloßen Kakaobohnen und in mehreren Schritten – vom Rösten über’s Mahlen bis zum Verpacken. In einer gemütlichen kleinen Gruppe erfährst du in unserem Workshop alles über den Anbau, die Ernte, die Fermentierung und die Verarbeitung von Kakao. Natürlich darf dabei nicht das Gießen deiner eigenen Schokoladentafel fehlen.

In our Berlin factory, under the guidance of our experienced chocolate makers, you will learn what it takes to make good chocolate. From cultivation, harvesting and fermentation to the processing of the roasted cocoa beans, we will introduce you to this exciting world of specialty chocolate.

Bean-To-Bar means: From the bean to the bar. And that's exactly what this voucher includes: In our factory in Berlin-Mitte, we make our own chocolate from pure cocoa beans in several steps under professional supervision. We share our knowledge about the cultivation, harvesting, fermentation and processing of cocoa in a small group of a maximum of 10 people.
